When we bought it the windows did not work, so we replaced the switches and everything works great now!

The transmission was replaced by Ford about 20k miles ago and still has warranty until July 14 of this year!

Thank you for taking the time to view my listing, up for sale is my “Black Phantom” 03 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with 128K miles. She can not be seen at night when you have the lights off! I had her professionally painted flatt black, so its not primer. She has black cloth interior, power driver side seat, power accessories, ice cold a/c, good working heater. I installed a 7″ touchscreen lcd in dash mp3/dvd/cd unit along with two twelve inch subs in a sealed band pass box with a 1000watt kenwood two channel amplifier. I also installed a black go rhino pushbar, two unity spotlights with the glass face, black out switch, headlight highbeam flashers, smoked headlight and corner light assemblies, 5% limo tint on rear windows, and a center console with a PA system.

No check engine or any other warning lights are lit. she does need a front end alignment but nothing major. she has a clean california title and she is ready to be driven anywhere. I just installed some new tires one month ago. She would make a sweet k-9 unit or a undercover unit for any law enforcement company or government agency. Or just simply to cruise in. I have bought and sold many of these cars, and this is the nicest, cleanest ex-police car I’ve ever had. This car came from a midwestern state and was used by the state highway patrol. It was one-officer driven since new. This is a two year old car! Silver Metallic exterior is in stunning condition! No real scratches, nicks, dings or dents to speak of. There are three sealed antenna holes on the trunk lid, and one on the roof (see photos). Grey cloth interior is fully loaded and immaculate! Power driver seat, cruise control, power adjustable pedals and cloth rear seat are all optional, in addition to the standard power windows, locks and mirrors. Everything works as it should including hot heat and ice cold A/C. This car runs and drives like brand new! Super tight, great brakes, runs strong and fast. One owner and very well maintained is this very nice Dodge Hemi Charger that belonged to the Police detective in a small western Mass town.. This one even has the light in case you get lost and need to read signs or search out the local coffee and donut shop.. The body is in really nice condition as shown in the many pictures.. A smoke free cloth interior is very comfortable as you would expect.. Rubber floors instead of carpets.. A wonderful running HEMI for chasing the bad guys.. Plenty of power whenever asked.. Smooth shifting automatic transmission with a button so you can shift it manually up and down.. Traction control for snowydays… Good high performance tires all around on the factory police steel rims with great looking wheel covers.. No cup holder but the center console has plenty of room since all of the switchs were taken out.. They just plug back in for you cop wanna bees.. This car is a total blast to drive.. It is amazinf how polite people are when on the highway or even driving in Peabody where they are so well known as being the rudest drivers in the United States..    We are happy to show the cars in person for a look and test drive at an easy and agreed location… All showings are by appointment ONLY.
   All cars are stored in a secure heated warehouse. Most cars have gone through a safety check along with fresh oil and filter change so you are ready to drive home.
    For the people who would like to pickup their new vehicles in person, I am happy to meet you at the train or bus at South Station in Boston or Logan airport (BOS) also in Boston. We need a few days advance notice for most Boston pickups.
