One owner, clear title, includes extensive maintenance records documentation. This Police Interceptor package includes heavy duty flooring, heavy duty shocks, stabilizer bars, and suspension components, and it is outfitted with all silicone hoses and premium aircraft clamps. Includes owners manual and comprehensive service journal (totaling over 100 pages) detailing 60-day preventative maintenance program labor and materials, as well as all local dealer service and maintenance performed on the vehicle.

These vehicles typically run hundreds of thousands of miles in severe duty service as taxicabs and law enforcement vehicles, and are not sold new to the general public.

A few minor scratches and normal interior wear and tear, but in excellent mechanical condition, and completely free of any rust or dents. The engine compartment is exceptionally clean and free of any fluid leaks below the hood or under the car. The jack is included, but no spare tire.

Kelly Blue Book private party value of the base Crown Victoria (without the heavy-duty Interceptor extras) is over $10,000. There is a very low reserve on this vehicle.

Up for “No Reserve” bidding is a 2006 Dodge Charger, equipped with a 5.7L HEMI engine. This car was used by a small police department for police patrol. It was very recently retired and replaced with a new vehicle. Buying a used vehicle on ebay site unseen can be difficult. I will attempt to describe this car with all known faults and give an overall condition I personally believe the car to be in. Please note that this car HAS NOT been spit shined/detailed.

Exterior condition:

Previously a black and white marked patrol car. Vehicle was equipped with an overhead lightbar/markings, lighting equipment. The entire car was black with white doors. Doors have been professionally prepped/painted with a base/clear coat and blended in. The door jams are still white.

Overall paint condition is good, there are no dents and only a minimal amount of dings.

Scratches that would be considered normal wear and tear apply throughout. There is some paint fade and outlines of markings can be seen on the roof/decklid/trunk and rear quarter panels. This may or may “wheel out” completely.

Back bumper has scratches as shown. Roof and hood has bubbling of the paint where the decales were removed. Roof has wear marks where lightbar clips sat.

Missing centercaps

Wiring from roof light bar remains

Interior condition:

Overall normal wear and tear for a retired police vehicle

Police center console remains with some cut wires

“Cage” remains

Screw holes in headliner where interior overhead light was mounted.

Interior “Maplights” Inoperative. Horn inoperative. Seatbelt indicator light on dash remains lit even after buckled.

Mechanical Condition:

Overall good running and driving condition. Engine runs strong, trans and rear end work as they should.

Brakes feel smooth without pulsation

Drives straight without pull/shimmy.

Recent repairs/service include x16 spark plugs, oil/filter, coolant flush, lower radiator hose replacement, new battery.

Noted the following suspension conditions: Passenger outer tie rod end boot torn & rattle noise when hitting bumps in front suspension “believed to be” related to sway bar bushings or links.

Rsa tires x4. Rear in “fair” condition with approx 35% tread remaining, front “Good” approx 55% tread remain.

This is a nice looking 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor that runs and drives very well (Engine & Transmission = Excellent). It has 63k Miles, and looks very nice. This vehicle has a white exterior to match its black interior. In addition, there is a Clean Title present.

Other Details:

Minor dings and scratches around the body. Aftermarket Ford Crown Victoria wheel covers installed. Minor repair needed for driver door handle from inside. Left side exhaust pipe may need realignment or replacement, although presently held firm (see picture). Missing Ford emblem on the trunk (see picture). No spare tire in the trunk (see picture). Payment Methods
Cash in Person, Bank to Bank wire transfer, Competitive Financing offred from Lambert Buick Pontiac GMC. All Canadian customers the only form of payment is Bank to Bank Wire Transfer. All funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit
The successful high bidder will submit a non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company – call Gabe Ariyam at 1-888-270-0185 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises, the only shipping companies we use are fully insured. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer’s Inspection

Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Lambert welcomes and recommends a buyer’s inspection. Bid Retractions

Successful Bidder
The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact Lambert Buick Pontiac GMC within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bidder
If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 5 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.

allowance for the purchase of a used car) and apply the rate of tax as listed in the chart

3) Collect from the customer the lesser of the two amounts.

Sales to residents of any other state not listed above are not subject to Ohio tax, provided the

proper affidavit for nonresident sales is completed by the purchaser and tendered to the Clerks of

Court when application for title is made.

whichever comes first which should occur prior to the title being issued. The amount of tax

collected on the sale must be stated on the affidavit, as well as on the application for title. These

Payment of the Sales Tax

For a temporary time period from August 1, 2007 until June 30, 2008, the tax collected on these

sales will be paid directly to the State of Ohio through the Ohio Business Gateway (OBG),

instead of the Ohio Clerks of Court.

The OBG can be used to file your regular sales tax returns, as well as employer withholding and

commercial activities tax returns and payments. In the registration process, you will be asked for

your FEIN or SSN, vendor’s license number, dealer permit number, address, contact person,

email address and phone number. Dealers that file sales tax returns on a master number (89X3XXXX)

will use the master number as the vendor’s license number and report the tax by each

dealer license number. For additional information on making payments on the OBG, please go to

the OBG Web site.

Once registered with the OBG, you can select an application to pay the sales tax on sales to the

specific nonresidents. The tax is to be paid monthly, by the 10

of each month. It cannot be filed with the regular sales tax return on the 23

nonresident sales for the month of August 2007 must be paid by September 10

the tax once for all transactions for an entire month, not when each nonresident sale occurs. If

you file your sales tax return (form UST1)

on a semiannual basis, you must still report and pay

this separate nonresident tax monthly. If the tax is timely filed and paid, the vendor discount

(0.75%) will be applied. You will still include these taxable sales to non residents on your form

UST1.

They will be reported on lines 1, 3, and 4 as are all other taxable motor vehicle sales.

You will not have to list each transaction separately. You will however, by state, have to list the

number of transactions, the total purchase price of all sales, and the total tax collected. The OBG

system allows for payment by ACH Debit only.

If the tax is not paid timely, a late payment fee of $100.00 will be added. The tax is due for the

month in which the sale took place, even if you have not yet received a title for the vehicle from

the Clerk of Courts.

After July 1, 2008, the tax will be paid to the Clerk of Courts as done with all other motor

vehicle transactions.

Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements are provided by Fruendly Auto Source as a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Fruendly Auto Source.

The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the shipper for an Estimate Time of Arrival to be sure.

Finalizing your Purchase:

Fruendly Auto Source will contact the successful high bidder by e-mail after the auction closes.

Successful high bidder MUST communicate with at Fruendly Auto Source by e-mail or phone
636-366-4500 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 5 days, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

In order to secure bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must within 24 hours of bid closing send to Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash in person or bank certified funds. Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver Licence. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
